… serenity involves cultivating
a sense of inner peace,
calmness, and acceptance.
I am…
Ann Simon.
“I help people live their truth, from that deep-down place inside.” “Perhaps you are considering the idea of therapy,
perhaps you want change.” “It takes courage to take the first step. I honour your courage.”
I am a licensed psychotherapist in West Yorkshire. I help adults, children, couples and families be more present to their lives and help them create and manifest their life worth living.
I help people bring more joy, value, purpose and meaning to their lives. Only you can know what brings you joy, what elevates your spirit or what gives you a true sense of purpose.
Together we can explore and move any obstacles that might be in the way of you truly awakening to live life from your highest self.
I am down to earth, approachable, compassionate, honest, and intuitive. My nature is soulful, and my approach is holistic and integrative.
How I Work with You
I listen. I am compassionate in my inquiry.
Through guided and collaborative communication and discovery, I will help you to begin examining your concerns, issues and problems getting in the way of your freedoms.
We will embark on a journey together, by being open minded, with a curiosity about what is happening for you and what will happen next.
Using compassionate inquiry methods, in the presence of trauma(s), we will gently drill down to the emotional pain and suffering within, observing any numbness, and supporting you to give words and/or pictures to your lived experiences.
My goal is to help you reframe your self-narrative to one which is most authentic and whole to who you are, with an emphasis to release trauma(s) which may have taken hold of your body.
